Looking for Ideas for a DIY Yogurt Bar

I'm putting together an after church brunch for about 50 people and am considering a DIY yogurt bar. Is this a good idea if the men tend to have healthy appetites? If not, how can I beef it up? Thanks.

I'd vote a yogurt bar + sheet pan pancakes and/or frittata!

Thank you, both of those sound great!

A DIY yogurt bar sounds colorful and fun. And even though the nutrients can make it equal to a full meal, to many people it seems like (only) a dessert or snack.

Maybe you can get at much fun, color and choice by serving a slider bar or buffet, with good hot and cold drinks, fruit and cookies to finish the meal.
You could have meat, fish, egg and/or vegetarian fillings...based on knowledge of your crowd.

Here a few links with ideas and menus.

Fitzml - some further thoughts.

If the sliders idea doesn't grab you, here is one article from a reliable site (thekitchn) for other good ways to serve breakfast to a crowd - casseroles for meat, vegetables, cinnamon rolls, sheet pans, waffles, etc.

f you want to satisfy hungry guests but still serve a yogurt buffet, omit the fruit & cookies but yes set out a yogurt bar as dessert.

Good luck with your event!
