Ideas for reheating after making in advance?

If one were to make this in advance, what would you suggest as reheating/finishing directions?

Other suggestions -
• the recipe headnote says you can make it two days before planned serving.
• save some of the broth to use in the reheating, for moisture and flavor.
• alternatives to oven reheating - microwave or instant pot.

I would put it in an ovenproof dish, cover with aluminum foil and reheat at a low temperature (250F?) in the oven.
