Baby back ribs - did not turn out like in a restaurant

Tried to make baby back ribs last night. I know this is going to seem like an odd complaint, but the ribs were not like restaurant ribs because they were actually too meaty - it was like eating pork chops. How do you make sure you’re buying baby back ribs that will yield restaurant quality results?
