Can you add nuts to the fudge? If so, when? Walnuts or pecans?

I don't see any problems with adding nuts. Might suggest lightly toasting the nuts to bring out more flavor and use salted nuts since the fudge will be very sweet. My personal preference is pecans but any nuts will do.
