Zwilling Madura nonstick coated wok is flaking - is this under warranty?- purchased in 2017

Metal utensils have not been used on this wok. Is the non-stick coating wearing out from age? We are leaning toward replacing this wok with a carbon steel wok. Any other suggestions appreciated, but must include ability to use induction and grill work.
