Dairy free sub for Sour cream?
I used to LOVE this recipe back when i could eat dairy. Trying to make it now. Violife has a good diary free parmesan, and i can eat mayo, so I'm good there. However, any recommendations for the best sub for sour cream? I have coconut based plain yogurt I could use, but not sure it has the required fat content . . . Or i could use a tiny bit of dairy free cream cheese, but it's not sour. . .
Any recommendations?

This is a (reasoned) guess from using these ingredients elsewhere: use an ingredient known for its sour taste. Either sumac (ground spice) or a sour mango powder or a sour mango sauce (haven’t used in a while; think it’s called “Amba”).
The sauce is yes called Amba.
And the mango powder is amchur.
