Meal to Accompany an Anniversary Rosé

My husband and I are celebrating our first wedding anniversary! We have a bottle of this lovely Rosé from a small winery we got on a dating anniversary trip in California (Sonoma). Would love some ideas for dinner and dessert, without mushrooms (husband doesn’t like, sadly). I was thinking chicken piccata and lemony pasta? But chicken seems so basic. I really want to capitalize on the Rosé. Thanks in advance for any ideas!

Thanks! I did Food52’s rosé chicken piccata (https://food52.com/recipes/72289-rose-chicken-picatta-with-pink-peppercorns) and their breadcrumb spaghetti (https://food52.com/recipes/80601-creamy-lemon-spaghetti-with-crunchy-breadcrumbs). Added an arugula salad with pears, roasted pecans, shallots and a maple Dijon vinaigrette - everything was sublime!

Lots of sources, lists, ideas from the web (a couple links here, more if you want to search online).
Choose based (if you know) on the type of rose you have.
And/or the dishes you like and for which you can find ingredients in markets.

Rosé wines span a large range of flavor profiles and often have different levels of sugar and acidity so it's really hard to make any recommendations without knowing what the wine is (which you neglected to mention: winery, wine, vintage, etc.) and without having tasted it.

Most likely the people at the winery who produced it would have some recommendations on food pairings whether it be members of the production staff (winemaker, viticulturist, etc.) or people in the tasting room.

Best of luck.
