Making a return should never be this difficult

Shame on you
Making a return should be easy and build confidence, and yet...
Still waiting for a response
You give Orders & Returns as an option, but there is no way to make a return
Even reaching out to customer service has no tab for a return.
Is that your strategy, to just annoy people until they give up...I won't
You do many things right...not the shopping experience.
