Why is my cranberry sauce (made from fresh cranberries) not jelling?

Hi! If your sauce isn't thickening the way you'd like it to, it likely just needs to simmer for longer. You also could try gently breaking up some of the cranberries because their seeds help to thicken the sauce. Keep in mind that it will continue thickening as it cools. If you prefer a really thick cranberry sauce, you could also add a tablespoon of cornstarch slurry (equal parts cornstarch and water) while the sauce is simmering. Good luck!
