Alternatives to wheat cereal grains?
I need to be gluten-free. I'd love to make this, but Cream of Wheat wouldn't work for me. I'm wondering if a couple of tablespoons of gluten free flour would work, but flour has a very different texture. If anyone has suggestions for a gluten free alternative that would have the right texture, I'd love to hear them!
