I forgot the sour cream in my chocolate cheesecake. Will it be ok to serve?
recipe used 500 GM of cream cheese, 3 whole eggs and 3 yolks.

Sour cream is usually an addition to add richness, a tang in flavor and lighter texture.
Assuming your recipe has cream cheese or mascarpone baked in, the cake should be fine to serve.
It may be a bit drier or denser than usual.
Serve with some sour cream, whipped cream or ice cream to help make flavirs and texture come closer to original.
Merry Christmas!

Thanks for your prompt reply. I plan to cover the cheesecake with fresh raspberries, so that should help with the flavor and denseness. My contribution to Christmas lunch, so that’s a huge relief. Happy Holidays!

Sounds good - the raspberries will also provide some of the tartness you would have gotten from the sour cream.
