Has anyone tried freezing this stew - perhaps even in advance of serving it the first time? If so: how did it turn out? (Prepping for dinner party...)

Hi Tallulah!
A stew like this will freeze super well. To defrost most effectively, I would transfer to the fridge the day before you intend to serve. Then reheat in a pot slowly over medium high heat until brought to temperature.
Any higher, and I'd be concerned that the salmon would over cooked.
