Thawing in the microwave and refreezing bacon 3 times. It’s it safe?
I defrosted a pound of bacon in the microwave but didn’t use it all, I froze it again and did that two more times then cooked it and ate it today. Am I going to be ok?

It's generally not recommended to repeatedly freeze and thaw meat, including bacon, because doing so can increase the risk of foodborne illness. Each time food is thawed, bacteria can grow, and freezing doesn’t kill bacteria—it just pauses their growth. Defrosting and refreezing multiple times can also affect the texture and taste of the bacon.
However, since you cooked the bacon thoroughly before eating it, the heat should have killed most bacteria that might have grown during the thawing process. As long as it was cooked to a safe temperature and you didn’t notice any signs of spoilage, like an off smell or slimy texture, you’re likely going to be okay.
In the future, try to only thaw what you plan to use right away and avoid refreezing food once it's been thawed. If you need to freeze leftovers, be sure they are cooked and then frozen right away. For more information, you can check [this resource](https://wrapofthedaymcd.co.uk/).

Brooklyn, I doubt it. You’ll probably start feeling woozy soon. Your stomach will start making funny, buzzing type noises. You’ll break out in hot sweats soon after. At some point, you’ll be on your knees, worshipping at the porcelain god.
Good luck with that.
Good luck with that.
