I have a question about the recipe "(Not Your Mother's) Savory Gingersnaps" from boulangere.
Chef Cynthia, Call me crazy but can I substitute "Nutmeg and Cinnamon" for Ginger? Everything else is mise en place. Your Fan Forever.

Maybe leave out the nutmeg, but cinnamon would be a wonderful flavor here. Let us know how you like the results.

my ginger biscuits include nutmeg, cinnamon and clove in addition to the ginger, but I wouldn't leave out the ginger!
