Chef Cynthia, Call me crazy but can I substitute "Nutmeg and Cinnamon" for Ginger? Everything else is mise en place. Your Fan Forever.

my ginger biscuits include nutmeg, cinnamon and clove in addition to the ginger, but I wouldn't leave out the ginger!
