I have a question about the recipe "Cream Biscuits" from merrill.
How is this adjusted for high altitude baking????

What is your altitude?
So you need mile-high adjustments. For Denver, increase your flour by 7% from 2 cups to 2 1/4, and decrease the baking powder by 44% from 1 tablespoon to 1 1/2 teaspoons. I hope this helps.
