A question about a recipe: Spanish Cream

I have a question about step 1 on the recipe "Spanish Cream" from CarolineStoll. It says:

"Pour 1 quart milk over 2 envelopes of gelatin in a large saucepan and heat to lukewarm, about 5 minutes over low heat."

Hi, could you please tell me how much milk is in the quart (ml/oz) and how much gelatin in the envelope (grams/oz) ?

Forgot the grams - 1/2 oz would be 14 grams.

1 US quart milk = 0.946352946 liters or 32 oz.
Each package of Knox gelatin contains 1/4 oz, so two envelopes would be 1/2 oz.
