I have a question about the recipe "Blueberry Tart" from SmallKitchCara. Can I use an 8"x8" metal baking pan instead of a pie pan?
I would say yes
I would also say yes, just make sure to butter the pan liberally or line with parchment, since you won't have a removable bottom like in a tart pan. You want to be able to get that beautiful tart out!
