I have a question about the ingredient "agave" on the recipe "The Drunken Hussy (Or Bourbon-Soaked Peach Tart)" from Niknud.
Is this agave nectar or agave liquor?

You can drink the agave liquor, but I'd use the nectar for the recipe - the stuff that's like thin honey. Good stuff and doesn't whallop your insulin regulating system the same way regular sugar does. Not that I'm anti-sugar mind you, I'm just not a huge sweets person.....
