Ideas for preserving serranos?

I received a huge batch of serrano chiles from my neighbor. I've pickled some and used a few to perk up muscadine jelly -- so good! I'm thinking I'd like to make some hot sauce, maybe with peaches to temper the heat, but can't find anything online. Any ideas for this or other preserveables?

You read my mind. I did indeed make that hot pepper jelly and added a medium red bell pepper. It came out just as beautiful as the example shown.
I've already made peach bbq sauce this year but I am tempted by the spicy cranberry salsa. Thanks so much for the suggestions!

I loved this hot pepper jelly; perhaps a mixture of serranos and red bell peppers?

http://www.uga.edu/nchfp/how/can_salsa/spicy_cranberry_salsa.html Don't know why you couldn't substitute peaches for cranberries, because cranberries can be safely canned using water-bath method. See http://www.uga.edu/nchfp/how/can_02/cran_sauce.html

What about adding them to a homemade ketchup or peach barbecue sauce recipe?
