After 70 minutes at 350, my cake is not done or browning (supposed to bake for 50 mins). Should I crank up the temperature?

You should check the temperature of your oven, do you have an oven thermometer? If it's not the oven its possible something went wrong when you made the batter. Also have you made this cake before? Is the size of your pan (s) correct?
Like overnight, but easier.
