zucchini pancakes - can i use the food processor shredding blade instead of a box grater?

i use the shredding disc on my food processor all the time. Works great. Much quicker, safer, and less wet.

I would definitely use it. Just pulled out mine yesterday to shred some celery root. And you don't have to worry about scraping your knuckles on a box grater.

I like mine coarsely grated, so it depends on your blade and your preference.

I have used the food processor to shred zucchini for pancakes and it worked well.

Haven't tried it but I don't see why not. As long as it shreds them finely, should work well.
