A question about a recipe: Sausage and Kale Dinner Tart
I have a question about step 2 on the recipe "Sausage and Kale Dinner Tart" from My Pantry Shelf. It says:
"Increase heat to medium and add sausage to pan. Brown sausage and break into small pieces. Remove sausage from pan and set aside. Drain all but 1 Tablespoon of oil from pan."

Remove from the casings, or buy the sausage uncased.

AH I closed the window before asking my question! (sorry about that!) ...My question was whether we should use linked sausage for this recipe or remove the meat from its casing?
