I'm with boulangere! You'll have more than enough with the sides. If you're worried about it, make extra dressing/stuffing and potatoes of whatever variety. They seem to be FAR more popular than turkey anyway!
27 pounds of turkey for 20 people, plus about 10 pounds of stuffing, sweet potatoes, potatoes, cranberries, salad, and probably 2 kinds of desserts. It will probably be enough, but you have to calculate how many of your guests will want to have leftovers (especially important to calculate if they are staying at your house or nearby). It sounds like a lot of turkey, but 2 small turkeys have a lot of dead weight, ie, bones and skin that should not count in the final per person poundage.
And don't forget that you must make sandwiches the next day!
