I have a recipe that calls for corn powder, which is ground up freeze dried sweet corn. I can't find it anywhere!! I don't have time to ship!

Think this may be what you're looking for: http://www.amazon.com/John.... You can just grind it fine in your food processor before using.

Well I was trying to keep it to the her recipe and not the attempted clones. I was thinking trying corn flour.

No problem. I found a few recipes for it online and I don't see corn powder in the ingredient list, so hopefully you're in luck! http://articles.latimes...
