Can the pear soup with blue cheese and pancetta be made the day before and reheated?

Thanks, I thought so, just wanted to make sure. One person at Thanksgiving always wants to have a soup, so I am going to make this. I better get to the store soon!

Yes, definitely! It might be even better that way, since the flavors will have time to develop. Just wait to sprinkle on the blue cheese and pancetta until just before serving.
