As a fellow 11 wk pregnant lady and medical student I say go for it. The reason the tell you not to eat cold cuts while you are pregnant is the fear of Listeria contamination. Listeria is a particularly nasty bug for baby (neonatal meningitis) and mama (bad diarrhea) that you would likely not be bothered by if you weren't pregnant. Unlike other bacteria, it grows like kudzu on proteins and in the cold of your fridge (hence the no cold cuts). As long as you heat your turkey to the point of steaming you will no doubt nuke any Listeria lurking on your turkey. So have no fear about consuming those last Thanksgiving morsels, just eat them hot.
If it was properly refrigerated, it's probably fine. However...
With a pregnancy (especially during the first trimester) I'd err well on the side of caution and leave it alone. There are plenty of other things to eat, right? (Disclaimer: I'm not an OB, I just play one on Food52.)
Did you smell it and was it refrigerated fully right after cooling down on TDay? I actually used the very last today and stock i made yesterday (everything was extremely, almost frozen cold), but threw out everything after dinner tonight...
