How far in advance can I dress the Brussels sprouts salad (app) in advance of serving?

Yes, dress just before serving...it only takes a second.  Do it at the table to look like a fancy french restaurant.

I'd wait until the end, especially if your dressing is vinegary.  To me, sitting in vinegar makes Brussels sprouts taste tired.
