I've got no semolina flour only normal?what should I do?

I am not the author of the recipe and maybe she will see it and weigh in but in my opinion you can certainly use regular flour in place of the 3 tbs of semolina.
I think you're talking about my pie and I assume I'm too late, but you can certainly skip the semolina.
