I have a question about the ingredient "stick butter, room temperature" on the recipe "Pear-Anise Cake" from aliyaleekong.
So how much butter is "1/2 shots stick butter?"Hope to make this later today! Thanks.

This is a mistake! Good catch, Sagegreen. It should be a 1/2 cup of butter, or 1 stick (unsalted, of course). Fixing the recipe now...

I am guessing this is either 1/2 of a stick of butter, 2 oz., or else 1/2 cup of stick butter, 4 oz?
