I am guessing this is either 1/2 of a stick of butter, 2 oz., or else 1/2 cup of stick butter, 4 oz?
This is a mistake! Good catch, Sagegreen. It should be a 1/2 cup of butter, or 1 stick (unsalted, of course). Fixing the recipe now...
