Ingredients

Pidy ready to fill canapés

Strips of smoked salmon

Crème fraiche
-
Dried or chopped fresh dill

Salt and pepper to taste
Directions

Slice the smoked salmon in to thin strips and roll in to small ball and place on to each canapé .

Season the crème fraiche and add a small amount on to the canapé, sprinkle some dried or fresh dill on to each canapé before serving.
