Cutlery can often be overlooked since it’s used so often. But, like having a nice set of pens to write with, some small luxuries make a difference. Exhibit A? Fortessa's Arezzo flatware. Details like sophisticated square corners and a certain heft and balance to each piece ensure that every meal you eat with them feels like dining in a Manhattan bistro or a London gastropub. And you can add a little flair to your new dinner fork, salad fork, knife, soup spoon and teaspoon set—they're available in a variety of hues, and there's even a matching serving set.

Dishwasher Safe, but always make sure to prewash stainless steel cutlery with hot water and proper chlorine-free detergent immediately after use. Never leave knives, forks, spoons or any flatware unwashed for long periods of time. To keep your cutlery scratch free, make sure to wash in the proper baskets, head up, and separated by type. Take time to inspect and check that the proper quantity and quality of detergent is used, as well as water softener to avoid extremely damaging calcium deposits that cause stain marks and pitting. Dry properly to avoid water stains.
