This looks amazing. I'm always looking for a great Sunday night recipe for the week ahead. I love the tip about the can rinsing. Something I picked up from my mom :) But Amanda, do you wash the parsley before chopping? Please share!

Ok, when Amanda recommends we wash or clean the tops of the cans before opening, I experienced glorious justification after years of family teasing. I'm not the only one who does this! fun video of a delicious dish.

This was one of my favorite recipes on the site as well. It is a cheap dinner, but I served to a whole bunch of friends and family, who raved.
