Collection of the Month: Your Thanksgiving Menu

Every month, we're picking a new collections theme. Gather together recipes, ingredients, tools, and tips, and at the end of the month, we’ll pick our favorite, most inspiring collection. Share yours in the comments; the winner will get a $100 gift card to our Provisions shop.

Today: Planning a Thanksgiving meal, from the turkey to the trivets.

For cooks, Thanksgiving is the big one -- a holiday built entirely around a meal. And each year we look forward to making a dinner that's both familiar and creative. To help with the latter, we look to our friends, family, and community to share cooking ideas and inspiration -- and this November is no different. 

This year, make a collection full of everything you need for Thanksgiving: the recipes you'll make, the dishes you'll serve them in, and the articles you'll look to for reference along the way. We want to see all of the elements -- down to the roasting dishes and turkey techniques -- that will inspire your holiday meal (and inspire our community, too!).
