At the end of an incredibly fun (exhausting) weekend, my boyfriend and I managed to pull together a delicious dinner to top it off: roast chicken thighs, Gabrielle Hamilton's carbonara out of her cookbook Prune, and a Boston lettuce salad with a Dijon-honey-red wine vinegar dressing.
