Chicken Tagine with Fennel, Preserved Lemons, and Green Olives  Cumin Infused Olives with Rye Garbanzo Bean Salad with Oranges

I'll try the Candied Olives . . . . if I can find an acceptable substitution for the Castelvetranos. Any suggestions? Thanks!

it sounds like a meaty, fruity green olive is in order, something not too briny or salty-- i would try cerignolas. (castelvetranos and cerignolas might be my two favorite olives!)

I'd like to try the Brussels Sprout Leaf, Jerusalem Artichoke, & Castelvetrano Olive Salad..., please. And if I cannot locate those Castelvetrano olives, any preferred substitute?
