For the non-animal product eating, summer cookouts can occasionally feel, how shall we say, limiting: ribs! burgers! cheeseburgers! ice cream! potato salad swimming in mayonnaise! This—despite an otherwise excellent selection of picnic sides—can be a little discouraging. But!
