Editors' Picks — Pudding

March  3, 2011

Caramel Banana Pudding  Orange and Moscato Pudding

Any food52 member is welcome to help us test our Editors' Pick candidates, so go call dibs on the recipe you'd like to test in the comments section below! We'd love to see some new testers in the mix. Don't forget to email us your notes (about 100 words) to [email protected] by next Tuesday at 5pm.

We'll collect your comments, decide the official list of Editors' Picks and publish your evaluation in the headnote if the recipe is selected as an Editors' Pick (with credit, of course!). And even if the recipe you test isn't chosen as an Editors' Pick, please feel free to leave your testing notes in the recipe's comments section. Constructive criticism is always encouraged!

Many thanks to The Editors for the EP and especially to broccolirose for the write-up on my Bay-Scented and Vanilla Pudding. I so appreciate it!! ;o)

Guess not... I'll wait for testing the Carrot dishes if there are any vegetarian editors picks!
Panfusine March 3, 2011
are any of these picks eggless & don't involve gelatin? I'll Volunteer to try that!
cookinginvictoria March 3, 2011
So sorry that I got here too late to test anything this week. But it looks like a great batch of EP candidates -- will definitely have to try out some of these recipes on my own. :)
Burnt O. March 3, 2011
I posted a request, left for a while and came back to find it taken. Is Passion Fruit Creaminess the last one? Happy to make it. Looks lovely.

healthierkitchen March 3, 2011
Congrats to the EPs. Sorry I can't test any this week but I'm working on a dinner for 25 on tuesday eve.
cheese1227 March 3, 2011
Good luck with that! Take pictures.
drbabs March 3, 2011
wow! you're my hero!
healthierkitchen March 3, 2011
Likewise drbabs! And thanks for the support Christine! It's not a catering thing, but social - a 50th bd party for a friend that another friend and I are hosting. I was always planning to do the mains - it was supposed to be a potluck but just about everyone else volunteered for wine. Seriously!
