What's your favorite bakeless desssert?

Merrill: Icebox cake!

Brette: Icebox cake with rainbow sprinkles!!

Michael: Coffee granita with whipped cream.

Lauren: Blueberries, sour cream, and brown sugar. 

Kristen: Mine is like Lauren's. Ripe peaches, milk, and dark brown sugar is magic. I tried to turn this into an ice cream once, but it wasn't as good.

Maddy: S'mores!

Sarah S: S'mores, always.

Kenzi: Anything that involves fresh fruit and lots of whipped cream. Also this.

Christina: Hazelnut gelato -- preferably on a cobblestone street in Italy.

Sarah J: Tiramisu. 

Will: Does rice pudding count?

Hannah: Banoffee pie in a glass. One for each hand is especially nice. 

Merrill: I'm adding a second: Banana Pudding.

Stephanie: Nanaimo bars. Yes, I'm pulling the Canadian card again. But they really are my favorite.

Bryce: I'm on a Coeur la Creme kick. Plus strawberries or blueberries.

Amanda: Berry and basil popsicles!

Margaret: Espresso chip ice cream with a chocolate bombe shell. As chocolate-y and coffee-y as possible, please.

Amanda Li: Macadamia nut ice cream. If that doesn't count, tiramisu +1!

Jennifer: Sliced summer peaches with whipped cream and a drizzle of Grand Marnier.

Marian: When I have time, I like making raw cashew cheesecakes with berries -- except for that one time when I accidentally baked one.

My favorite bakeless dessert that I make is Avocado-Chocolate Mousse

I just made a treasure from Amanda's New York Times tome: tapioca flamingo: a strawberry tapioca pudding. I substituted buttermilk for the pineapple juice, which made it nice and tart. So good!

Have to agree with the one ingredient icecream, love putting add ins though like pumpkin, peanut butter or even graham crackers
