It's no secret -- we love a good 'gram. Here, we'll be posting our favorite Instagram from the food world, on a different theme each week. This week we're cooling off with a frosty treat. 

This week, we're admiring the supreme scooping skills of Sarah Copeland from Edible Living. Because when the sun's blaring, the only way to cool down is to eat a cold, creamy confection. It's an absolute necessity -- at least, that's our excuse for ordering two scoops with extra toppings.
