Test Kitchen Outtakes: Summer Season, Provisions Season

This week is a busy one: Provisions officially launched yesterday. Our whole team has been working hard behind the scenes to make it happen, and we couldn't be more proud or more excited. Per usual, we've been celebrating with food and drink. Here's what it all looks like, inspired by summertime, which will henceforth be known as Provisions season. An abundance of sweet tomatoes from the greenmarket found their way into the office. Again. They taste as beautiful as they look -- and in case we get tired of eating them raw, with just a little sprinkle of salt, we just did some Wednesday morning reading that gave us plenty of ideas.

We also got this, to be sold in Provisions sometime soon. For now we'll have to test it out, of course -- perhaps on lemony blueberry pancakes like these.

Finally, to wash everything down -- and to toast the launch -- we poured some bubbly into our favorite blue Ball jars. Don't hesitate to do the same.
