We may think our decorative crusts are pretty, but looking at your photos on Instagram is like eating a nice big slice of humble pie. We can't stop thinking about your smoothest pumpkin, your tallest apple, and your creamiest coconut cream. Because even though Pie Week may be coming to a close (say it ain't so), National Pie Day -- a little holiday otherwise known as Thanksgiving -- is still looming large.

Oh, how I love pie week. I really don't want it to be over . . . . When all is said and done, I'm really not that much of a dessert person, unless pies of some kind are involved. All of the Pie Week columns have been just wonderful! ;o)
