You can't do that but what you CAN do is assemble the entire souffle, don't bake it, just put it in the fridge and then when you get home from dinner, heat your oven and pop the souffle in the oven. This is what many restaurants do -- before service, they make the souffles up to the point of baking and then bake them off to order. Good luck!
