When baking shortbread in a heavy cast aluminum pan, how should I adjust the cooking temp and time to prevent the cookies browning too fast?

The pan looks quite like this one: http://tinyurl.com/thatpan .

If it has the dark nonstick coating, like this pan that you link to, reduce the oven temperature by 25 degrees. Check the cookies after the allotted time in the recipe -- you might need to add 5 minutes.
