    I am making the caesar salad with pancetta recipe with the homemade croutons and was wondering if I can make the dressing ahead.

    The dressing has the egg yolk from a coddled egg....and I am sure must be refrigerated.

    Yes you need to refrigerator it but it is also so easy to do on the spot.
