Treat it like grouper or snapper? I've never made it. Other ideas?

Did not know the fish, but did some quick research. That is an ugly fish! But, I would treat it it as same as Monkfish, soups or stews. Good luck. Let us know what you settle on doing.
I baked it in a parchment with olive oil, lemon, parsley and capers, it was quite good.
