Whole Grain Sweet Potato Muffins: 2.5 cups of flour sounds like more than 12 muffins. Anyone made this? What as your yield?

I've never tried it. (Sorry for the late response, as unhelpful as it was, it went to my spam filter!) If you do try it please let me know. Hope it works out.

It's not my recipe but I did read it and it makes 12 muffins, the recipe was tested and is a community pick, if you don't need more than 12 muffins I wouldn't double it, it appears that the yield is true to the recipe but having never made it myself I cannot say for sure.
