I am making a crustless quiche, recipe by George Stella. Can i make it the night before and bake the next morning?

My mom always makes quiches for our Christmas morning breakfast. She throws it together the night before and refrigerates it until the morning (sans cheese, if using). Then she'll pour it into her dish and bake it. Turns out amazing every year. Personally, I like quiche warm and comforting!

As Phillip said, bake it the night before. Quiches are one of those dishes that are even better when the flavors "meld" overnight - you'll end up with a better dish if you bake it ahead of time and refrigerate overnight.

I would recommend baking it the night before and then chilling it over night to reheat in the morning. Quiches are perfect for this (or even enjoyed cold!) They tend to be bit fragile right out of the oven anyway, and benefit from "setting up" in the fridge after they're cooked.
I feel like your fillings might change texture for the worse sitting in liquid custard overnight.
