A question about a recipe: Fig and Olive Tapenade
I want to give this as a gift in a mason jar. How long will it last in the refrigerator?

In my experience, without canning, things like this should last a week or two at most. I would make small batches and then can it in a pressure cooker if it isn't acidic or in a water bath if it is.
