How long does unfiltered vinegar last? I bought some in Sept. and can see the settling in the bottom. Should I be worried? Or just careful when I pour? Or am I supposed to shake it up before using?

If it gets bad or you become worried you can filter it through a fine mesh strainer, or damp coffee filter to clean it up.

The sediment is natural, just shake it gently and keep it in the fridge.
