I have a question about the recipe "Oliver Clark's Meatloaf" from merrill.
What can I use instead of creme fresh or whipped cream cheese both of which I do not have on hand?
I would try Greek yogurt or Labne if you have either one.

As the recipe calls for only 2 tablespoons of creme fraiche, you could sub (ideally regular, not low fat) plain yogurt or sour cream. Or just increase the mayo by 2 tablespoons. Given the type of recipe, it's not a make-or-break issue.
